The easiest way to get bundled AI at work is to pay for the office suite that carries it. Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Gemini features in Google Workspace both sit behind a paid seat, added to every account you run. If your team lives in Word, Excel, and Outlook all day, that can make sense.
