Can I get an invoice, and how is VAT handled?
Yes. Web purchases go through Paddle as merchant of record, so Paddle issues the receipt and handles VAT or sales tax for your location. You can add company details and a VAT number at checkout.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
No. Drephos has no seats. The whole team draws from one prepaid wallet, so you add credits when you want them and pay for what the team actually uses.
What happens when someone reaches their monthly cap?
Paid messages pause for that member until the next month or until an owner raises the cap. Free models keep working, and the rest of the team is unaffected.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for one year. Every top-up refreshes the validity of the whole unused wallet balance for another 12 months.
Can staff join with a personal Gmail address?
Yes, if the join link is open. If you add a domain restriction, only people with a verified address on that company domain can join.
Is our chat data used for training?
No. Conversations are not used to train models. Memory is opt-in per chat and easy to clear.
