Refunds

Refunds and expiry.

Credits are prepaid and sold by Paddle as merchant of record. There is no subscription to cancel.

Unspent credits

Unspent credits can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase that added them. Ask through Paddle, or write to us and we will start it for you.

Web billing

Paddle handles checkout, receipts, invoices, and tax for every purchase, and it decides refund requests under its own policy.

Nothing recurring

A wallet is topped up when you choose to. No renewal date, no seat count to reduce, and nothing that charges you again on its own.

What this means in practice

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or allowed by Paddle. A refund request is not a guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Paddle may consider how many of the credits have already been spent, and may approve a full or partial refund or refuse the request. If a refund is issued, we remove the corresponding unused credits from the wallet. See Paddle’s refund policy

Credits expire 365 days after the most recent top-up to their wallet, and every new top-up refreshes the whole unused balance for another 12 months. Expiry is not a refundable event, so top up before the date if a balance is sitting unused.
